Matrix Partners closes India-focused venture capital fund
US venture capital fund raises India dedicated fund of $150 million to focus on early stage investing in consumer service businesses.
US based venture capital firm Matrix Partners announced on August 1 that it had closed a $150 million dedicated India fund. Matrix Partners was founded by Paul Ferri. Ferri started his first firm, Hellman Ferri, in 1977 with a partner, Hellman then five years later around the time Hellman left, the firm was renamed Matrix.
