BLACKROCK NAMES NEW ASIA COO BlackRock appointed Tomoko Ueda as chief operating officer for Asia Pacific, effective September 3. Tomoko Ueda This appointment expands Ueda’s role, who oversees all business operations in the region and leads the finance, corporate strategy and development teams.
