NORWAY SWF APPOINTS NEW HEAD OF SINGAPORE OFFICE Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) appointed Sumer Dewan as its new head of Singapore office in April, overseeing the fund’s Asia operations, the fund’s chief executive officer Nicolai Tangen announced on his LinkedIn recently.
