Park Man-soo KOREA TEACHERS’ CREDIT UNION APPOINTS NEW CIO Korea Teachers’ Credit Union (KTCU) has appointed its former head of financial investment department Park Man-soo as the new chief investment officer under a three-year term starting January 17, succeeding former CIO Kim Ho-Hyun, whose three-year term this month, the Korean pension fund announced.
