JP Morgan Asset Management's Asia chief executive, Michael Falcon, is leaving to head the North American operations of Prudential, in a move seen as a coup for the UK insurance group. He will replace Barry Stowe, who will retire as chairman and CEO of Prudential’s North American business on December 31.
