Mark Mobius hand reins to Stephen Dover
Stephen Dover will take over responsibility for Templeton Emerging Markets Group from April 15 as investing icon Mark Mobius steps away from his day-to-day responsibilities.
Dover, who takes the title of chief investment officer for the EM group, will continue to serve as CIO of Franklin Local Asset Management. He joined Franklin Templeton in 1997 and is based in San Mateo, California.
