Lovells creates two new partners.

International law firm Lovells has named two new partners, Gabriela Kennedy and Mark Lin. Both will be based in Hong Kong. Kennedy, who specializes in information technology and telecommunications law, has been with the firm since 1994. Prior to the promotion, she was the firm's consultant and head of the technology, media and telecoms group in Hong Kong.
