Two new associates have been added to the international capital markets team at Allen & Overy, Shook Lin & Bok.
International law firm Allen & Overy, Shook Lin & Bok, a joint venture law firm in Singapore, has appointed two new associates for its international capital markets team, Hooman Sabeti Rahmati and Quentin Pak. Rahmati will work closely with Kenneth Abound, who leads the firm’s securitization practices in Singapore.
