Wei Yen returns to Moody's

Dr Wei Yen returns to Moody's after a five year stint at Lehman Brothers and more recently iSwtich Corporation, where he was CFO at the greater China eCommerce service provider.At Lehman, he worked as a senior vice president in investment banking located in New York and then Hong Kong.
