Tan and Huang join SSB/Citi

Salomon Smith Barney/ Citibank has appointed Clifford Tan as Director looking at the Asia Pacific region and Huang Yiping as Vice President looking at the China region. These two appointments are made in the Economic and Market Analysis (EMA) department of Salomon Smith Barney and Citibank. Tan will be based in Singapore and Huang in Hong Kong.
