Teh accepts Citigroup KL position

Citigroup has appointed Chi-Cheng Teh to the Kuala Lumpur office as director and head of research for Malaysia. Teh will report to Otto Wong, managing director and head of Asia Pacific equity research. Before making the move to Citigroup, Teh spent two years as executive director of research at Hwang-DBS Vickers.
