ING gains Taiwan financial markets head

ING Wholesale Banking has lured Phillip Chiu to its Taiwan operations as director, head of financial markets. Upon moving across from Deutsche Bank, Chiu will be responsible for all ING's financial markets activities in Taipei, including all fixed income, interest rate and foreign exchange trading.
