ABN Amro Private Banking names Asia business development head

The private-banking arm of Dutch bank ABN Amro has made a trio of recent promotions to replace executives either relocating to Europe or taking up more senior roles in Asia. Phyllis Fong becomes Asia head of business development to succeed Peeter Chris t Hart who will move to Nice, France as head of world citizen services.
